Nicole joined the legacy world 12 years ago, after qualifying as a solicitor.

Working with charities like British Heart Foundation, Battersea Dogs & Cats Home, Save the Children, Salvation Army and CRUK in-house and as a consultant, Nicole sees Legacy Management as her vocation, optimising income to really make a difference.

After training and qualifying with Shakespeare Martineau as a Wills & Probate Solicitor, Nicole found Legacy Administration - and hasn’t looked back. She has handled a range of legacy cases including pecuniary, residuary, reversionary, complex and contentious matters for different charities, with varying approaches and resources.

With a genuine interest in improving efficiency and stewardship through a dedication to continuing improvement, Nicole has experience in all aspects of the legacy journey. She has introduced new procedures for all stages of Legacy Administration, designed and launched procedure manuals, overhauled accruals and annual audit processes and innovated, designed and implemented legacy strategies.

Nicole is passionate about the role that both strength and compassion play in Legacy Administration; stewarding, protecting and growing both income and relationships through a careful, thoughtful and dedicated approach to our work.

Nicole’s “spare” time is filled with everything that comes with her two and five-year-old daughters!
