A better way to help your supporters and protect your charity

Legacy Futures Team

Being asked by a supporter, “can I name your charity as my executor?” is a sign of deep trust, but for many charities it is also a moment of hesitation.

The legal responsibility, operational burden, and resource demands can quickly outweigh the ability to support the pledger. Even charities that want to take on the responsibility often don’t have the internal capacity or processes in place to manage executorship with confidence.

Our Executorship Service, in partnership with Kings Court Trust, steps in when your charity is named as Executor, taking on the full estate administration on your behalf. We manage the process end to end, from probate through to final distribution, ensuring your supporters’ estate is administered professionally and efficiently.

You remain informed and in control, without taking on the operational or legal obligations yourself.

Throughout the process, you will receive regular updates at least every 3 months. We aim to minimise bureaucracy and ensure your charity always has a clear understanding of its position, what has been completed, and what remains outstanding.
