Emma has 20 years’ experience in delivering analytics and insights, with 11 years at the data driven loyalty consultancy Aimia and previously client side working within the Customer Insight Unit at Marks and Spencer.

During her time at Aimia she delivered analysis to support the Nectar loyalty card, and worked with a wide range of clients including Sainsburys, eBay and Debenhams.

Emma enjoys bringing data to life using the latest business intelligence tools, most recently developing the Legacy Monitor dashboards.

Away from work, Emma enjoys swimming and walking and is a recent convert to yoga.

Analyst
