Lessons from North West Air Ambulance Charity

This session for the Fundraising Fundamentals stream will explore how to turn legacy fundraising strategy into meaningful action. Drawing on the collaboration between Legacy Futures and the North West Air Ambulance Charity, we’ll share how a clear, focused legacy strategy and action plan was developed and, importantly, how the team brought that plan to life.

We’ll look at the journey from identifying priorities and opportunities through to embedding practical activity, sharing what worked, what was learned along the way, and how the plan translated into day-to-day fundraising. Attendees will leave with clear, actionable takeaways they can apply within their own organisations, regardless of the size or maturity of their legacy programme.
