Cordelia joined Legacy Link in 2023, bringing experience both from her work in charity legacy administration and as a solicitor in private practice.
She trained at a commercial law firm in Westminster, qualifying into the firm’s Education and Charities Department in 2015. Wanting to work more closely with charities, she moved to the charity sector in 2017, joining the Legacies team at Leonard Cheshire Disability as the charity’s sole legacy administration officer. Her love of animals led her to later applying to Battersea Dogs’ and Cats’ Home, where she worked as an in-house solicitor and the senior legacy officer, continuing to deal with a wide range of complex and contentious cases. During her time at Battersea she also completed the ILM CiCLA qualification with Distinction.
Cordelia is passionate about helping charities and excited to join the team at Legacy Link, welcoming this opportunity to work with many different charities.
She lives in Oxford with her partner and their young daughter, and their ex-Battersea rescue cat.
