A short and sweet examination of your current position and context in the market around you, based on our deep experience and what we find in your existing legacy practises.

Supporter insight

We can build on your existing insight or deliver new research, including supporter surveys, depth interviews and groups, and warm and cold creative testing.

In-memory prioritising workshop

We run simple workshops, looking at sector insight and best practice vs your audience needs and touchpoints. We brainstorm ideas and agree a plan for you to deliver, or with our support.

In-memory Healthcheck and content review

If you have an existing In-memory programme, we can assess: your performance vs best practice and peers; internal barriers and opportunities to grow In-memory; your opportunity and strategic options. We also review the effectiveness of marketing content vs best practice, with a checklist of immediate improvements.

Legacy Admin Healthcheck

Our colleagues in Legacy Link offer an independent assessment of your admin processes and procedures with recommendations for best practice.

Legacy strategy and prioritising workshop

Together, we look at your challenges and opportunities vs the market. We define quick win priorities, considering things like: warm and cold audiences, internal stakeholders, your legacy ambition, vision and mission, supporter journeys and pledger stewardship strategies.

Legacy proposition development

We have created propositions for charities of all shapes and sizes, including Comic Relief, Scope, The Prince’s Trust, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Natural History Museum, Mencap, Claire House, and many more.

Legacy marketing materials

We design, write and produce assets such as enquirer packs, digital welcome journeys, DM, email, social, website content, hero stories and photography, helpline scripts, case for giving.

Training and internal engagement

A bespoke, collaborative and story-telling approach to training and colleague engagement that includes: train the trainer, coaching and mentoring; leadership training and engagement.
